Message from the Founder & President
Guided by a vision of human dignity, equality, and global solidarity, International Community Organization (ICO) – Masters Club International was founded in Birmingham, United Kingdom, in 2023 through the visionary initiative of Dr. Joynal Abedin, an international human rights advocate and the United Kingdom President of AHRI at the United Nations.
Our organization is committed to promoting the social and economic well-being of people of all nations, religions, races, ethnicities, and backgrounds. We work to alleviate poverty and support the legitimate rights, needs, and aspirations of people around the world.
We are dedicated to promoting global peace by saying “No” to terrorism and opposing extremism, fundamentalism, violence, and all forms of hatred. We strongly believe in the potential of young people and are committed to developing youth leadership while encouraging innovation and the responsible use of information technology for the benefit of society.
Our mission is to bring people together, recognize their individual talents and abilities, and inspire them to contribute to the international community with sincerity, compassion, and a shared sense of responsibility. Through cooperation and collective action, we aim to promote inclusive economic development and create meaningful opportunities for people from all walks of life.
During local, national, and international disasters and humanitarian crises, International Community Organization (ICO) remains committed to supporting affected communities and standing beside those in need.

The Founder serves as the principal visionary, guardian and strategic authority of Masters Club International. Guided by integrity, accountability, humanitarian values and a commitment to global cooperation, the Founder provides decisive leadership to protect the organization’s principles, strengthen its institutional structure and advance its mission at local, national and international levels.
The Founder monitors social, humanitarian, economic and diplomatic developments at local, national and international levels — promoting diplomatic etiquette, international friendship and constructive cooperation that shape our policies, long-term strategies and future programmes.
The Founder plays the principal role in forming, approving, reviewing and, where necessary, restructuring or dissolving committees — ensuring that every appointment is based on integrity, competence, leadership ability and proven contribution to the organization.
The Founder encourages every member to take part in social, humanitarian, cultural and educational initiatives — building a culture of unity, mutual respect, equality and accountability throughout the organization.
