Approved applicants receive bank transfer instructions and submit proof of payment.

Finance cross-checks the transfer and marks the payment verified.

Member
Your membership number and confirmation letter are issued and your portal opens.
Start at step one below — annual fees run from £10 (Social) to £150 (Corporate), payable by bank transfer after approval.
Review
The membership committee opens each application, checks the details and the chosen category, and then either approves it for payment, asks for more information, or declines it with a reason.
Payment by bank transfer
Approved applicants receive payment instructions and pay by bank transfer. Proof of the transfer is submitted back to the club and cross-checked by the finance team against the bank statement.
Activation
Once the payment is verified, a membership number is issued and a confirmation letter is generated. From that moment the membership number can be verified publicly by anyone.
