1. What we use

This site uses only storage that is strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics that profile you.

2. The storage we set

• Theme preference — remembers whether you chose light or dark appearance so the page loads correctly. Stored in local storage, kept until you clear site data.
• Authentication session — keeps you signed in to your member or administrator account and lets the server confirm who you are. Stored in local storage and removed when you sign out.
• Security tokens — short-lived values used to protect form submissions and file uploads.

3. Why no consent banner is shown

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, storage that is strictly necessary to deliver a service the user has requested does not require consent. If we ever add analytics or marketing storage, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.

4. Third-party storage

Our hosting, database and email providers may set essential cookies to route requests and protect the service against abuse. They do not use them to build advertising profiles.

5. Managing storage

You can clear site data or block storage at any time in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage will sign you out, reset your theme preference and may stop the application form from working.
