Become a memberHow pairing works
Members indicate on their application whether they want to mentor, be mentored, or both. The club pairs by discipline, experience level and availability, and checks in with both sides after the first few sessions.
What a mentor commits to
- Regular sessions agreed with the mentee.
- Honest feedback on progress and gaps.
- Introductions inside the network where they help.
Automated mentor matching is a later phase. For now, pairings are arranged by the club from application details.
