1. Acceptance

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Membership itself is additionally governed by the Membership Terms.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the site, submit a membership application, manage your own account and verify a membership number you legitimately hold. Everything else requires our written permission.

3. Prohibited use

• Attempting to access member, applicant or administrative data you are not entitled to.
• Automated scraping, bulk querying or enumeration of the verification tool.
• Uploading malware, or documents you do not have the right to share.
• Interfering with the availability, security or integrity of the service.
• Impersonating another person, member or the club.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend an account where we reasonably suspect misuse.

5. Content you submit

You confirm that information and documents you upload are accurate, lawful and yours to provide. You grant the club the right to use that content for the purpose of assessing and administering your membership. False statements are grounds for refusal or for cancelling a membership already granted.

6. Verification tool

The verification result reflects the club’s records at the moment of the query and is provided for confirmation purposes only. It is not a professional accreditation, licence or reference, and should not be relied on as one.

7. Intellectual property

The site’s name, logo, design, text and images belong to the club or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend or remove content and features at any time, including for maintenance.

9. Third-party links

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the club is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the site. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
